You are reserving your place in our two-week Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) — a 72-hour internationally recognized permaculture design course held at Finca Tierra Education Center on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica.

This course takes place inside a working tropical food system and includes hands-on fieldwork, real design application, and a complete one-acre homestead design project.

Tuition Options

Deposit today: $400

Then choose one of the following:

Early Bird Tuition — $1,850 total
($400 deposit + $1,450 balance when paid 30 days before the course)

Standard Tuition — $2,000 total
($400 deposit + $1,600 balance if paid later)

You may also pay the full Early Bird tuition ($1,850) now.

Accommodation

Private bamboo cabinas with queen beds are included in tuition at no additional cost.

Cabinas are limited and assigned in the order that full tuition payments are received.

A deposit reserves your course seat. Private accommodation is confirmed once your balance is paid.

Refund & Transfer Policy

The $400 deposit is non-refundable and secures your selected course dates.

Tuition payments, minus the deposit, are refundable up to 30 days before the course begins.

Within 30 days of the course start date, tuition payments are not refundable, but the remaining balance may be transferred to a future course, subject to availability.
